Rain, rain, don't go away!

Here's Phoebe hanging out in the rain with her favorite duck umbrella!  She was very pleased with herself as she thwarted the rain.  Which, of course, never arrived.

Legoland

Here's a picture of Ben on a ride at Legoland.  I'd put some pictures of Phoebe up as well, but it turns out Legoland isn't really good for little kids.  Ben was barely old enough to go on most of the rides.  But he did have fun!

When you've gotta go...

Here's Phoebe, doing her thing off the highway between Phoenix and Los Angeles...  Seems that watching Ben use the potty has made her hellbent on ditching the diapers.  So all the way home, we had to pull off the highway (in the middle of the desert) every time Phoebe yelled "Peeeps!"

Incredibly, she might be fully potty-trained by two.  

Scooting USA

Here's Ben in Az, kicking it old school on his Lightning McQueen scooter.  Ben's a big fan of the movie "Cars", and he's a big fan of going fast, so this was a perfect fit.  Now if I can just figure out a way to make sure he never has a wipeout!

Here's some cute kids I know having a quiet, loving moment.  The truth is, they actually like each other most of the time.  So long as Phoebe doesn't take apart the train track Ben's trying to build!

New Years in AZ

Here are a few pictures from New Years...  Obviously, Phoebe didn't quite make it, even though we were celebrating Greenland's New Year at about 8 PM local time.  But Ben had fun roasting marshmallows with mom and Nanna, and playing with all the confetti!  

Christmas... And stuff

Here are a few pictures from various holiday events...  And a good day of sledding.  Phoebe didn't want to go down the hill on the sled, but, unfortunately for her, went down by accident with her dad.  At least he thought it was funny.  Ben got a scooter from Santa, more on that later.  Phoebe got a pink phone, which, for two weeks, was the most awesome gift ever!

I don't quite know when this picture was taken, or where she got the tutu...  All that I know is that she's pretty darn cute!  This other picture, however, shows what happens when Good Kids go Bad!

Hanging Out at the House

Here are a few pictures of Phoebe just hanging out in front of the house...  She was having a good time mugging for the camera.  Oh, and Ben was there too, watching the whole thing from his perch atop a small brick wall.
